Guest Ratings & Reviews
Despite the lively surroundings that made it hard to sleep due to outside noise, the hotel offered spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms with a good selection of amenities. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly, helpful, and efficient. The location was ideal for exploring the heart of London, surrounded by various dining options. The dining experience was satisfactory, providing fresh and plentiful food options. Overall, a great value for a stay in a convenient location.
The hotel was perfect for a short stay, offering all the expected facilities in the rooms. However, the lack of cozy extras like cushions and throws made the room a bit tiring. The rooms were slightly on the small side but still comfortable.
The hotel seemed to promise a more modern room in the photos, but our actual experience was disappointing with poor, tiny, and basic accommodations. The small bed and old furniture did not match our expectations. Despite the friendly gesture of leaving a lovely card, fizz, and rose petals, the service was lacking in responsiveness to maintenance issues, affecting our overall comfort. The location, while conveniently close to attractions and dining options, did not compensate for the subpar room quality. The dining experience was average, although an additional charge for a Cappuccino served in an espresso cup was a slight letdown. The facilities were adequate but did not stand out in any way.
The hotel is conveniently located in the vibrant Fitzrovia district, close to major tube stations and popular dining spots. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, but the noise from the street can be a drawback. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience offers indulgent options, although some may find it pricey. Overall, a great value for the prime location and wonderful staff.
The hotel's location is ideal, near Oxford Street and Soho, with numerous bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and spotless, but the noise from the restaurant and pub across the road could be disruptive during sleeping hours. The service was friendly and responsive. The dining experience offered a good selection but was considered overpriced by some. The location and friendly staff were highlights, but noise could be a concern for light sleepers.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, and I had good control over the AC. The bed was great, and the location was excellent, with plenty of room and facilities. However, I stayed in room 403, which was very noisy on a Friday night. I had to resort to using earplugs around 1:30 in the morning as the room was at the end of the hall facing all the AC and pipes in the courtyard.
Rooms are spacious, but finding them behind unlabeled doors can be challenging at first. Bar meals are available, but with many dining options nearby, you might want to explore other choices. The breakfast options offered, both English and continental, are delightful and served in a beautiful setting.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were excellent, spacious, and well-equipped, making me feel right at home after a long flight. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was just what I needed. However, I did find the shower a bit tricky to regulate. The service was top-notch, with attentive and charming staff always ready to assist. The location was superb, close to the bustling West End Theatres and offering easy access to shopping and a variety of restaurants. The dining experience was wonderful, with a variety of options to cater to my dietary needs. Overall, a great value for money experience.
